  • Hi Joanne

I am Khalid Khan from Birmingham and specialist in the area of Modelling and Control Systems in the way Andrew Clegg has described. I am keen to participate within the network and would like to suggest that we should have more frequent localised seminars giving us opportunity to meet face-to-face and work on collaborative projects.

I also sit on Birmingham Network Committee and would be happy to become partner in organising these seminars.

    Thanks

    Khalid

  • Welcome to the community Xanthippe.

I'd be keen to hear from you about the areas you'd like to know more about - it could be that we could use these as a basis for some of our activities in our future programmes - any ideas you have would be very welcome.

  • Hi Ashley and welcome to the group.

I don't know if you've seen our E&T Job site but might be worth having a look

It would be good to see you at one of our physical events - the power of networking cannot be understated!  Our next event is on 24 November at Savoy Place - the Tustin Lecture - we don't have full details as yet - but it will be given by Professor Limebeer from Oxford University - so keep checking back.

    Best wishes

    Joanne
