To kick of this IMechE event, Dr Jeremy Woods will give a talk about developing a sustainable bio-economy to deliver food, energy, environmental and social development security. He will discuss our historic use of plastics and alternatives for the future, before Mr Tarquin Crouch presents the case for a more sustainable use of plastics through the application of modern technology and engineering.
