Events Programme


Almost all of the annual programme of events takes place between late September and the following June and always includes events in Havant, Newport, Portsmouth and Southampton as well as occasional events in Fareham and Winchester.


The events programme each year includes some talks on subjects which are likely to be of interest to a wide audience and these are usually in venues which offer accommodation for larger audiences and also have access to an adequate number of car parking spaces. Other events may be intended for a more specialist audience and may be in smaller venues. Technical visits are hosted by establishments which usually offer adequate parking facilities but the timing has to fit in with the business day, although every effort is made to schedule visits as conveniently as possible (usually in the late afternoon or evening). Professional Registration Workshops consist of a series of short appointments throughout the day and are in accessible venues.
