Saturday, 24th August 2019, Bandar Seri Begawan - On the 24th of August 2019, an IET membership drive was held in UTB with an approximate of 30 students in attendance. Various of courses were seen from the faculty of engineering such as civil, chemical, electrical, mechatronic engineering as well as those from the faculty of computing and informatics.


An introduction of IET UTB On Campus had been done by UTBOC chairperson, Ng Jia Ying followed by another talk from Lieutenant Colonel (U) Schufin bin Haji Brahim, BEng (Hons), MPM, MIET, Honorary Chairman IET Brunei Darussalam Local Network 2017/2019. At the end of the membership drive, everyone was given refreshments and had a further catch up and Q&A session with the IET UTB on Campus committee.
