Insufficient Regulation application against California Tech Companies in Australia

Asking a California Tech Company to 'Pay Up' in anyway, is an insufficient regulative decision, that would largely be against the interests of the Natural Resourced based economy of Australia. Irrespective of how much Facebook and Googles 'pay' to Australia, the damage dealt as the source of anti-Natural Resource based funds, certainly would be extrapolated financially higher and against Australia in the larger California, US and EU Markets. It is an alternative and a predecessor to buying EU Green Bonds, whilst simultaneously trying to economically progress with the interest of Australian Natural Resources.

Instead, and what is required that such California Tech companies adhere to all applicable regulations including personal data collection, failing to do which, they should be blocked in Australia for breaking too many Australian Laws.
