I could quite fancy seting up an electric car system on  a Greek island :-)

As ever there is a lack of detail, 'Energy will be primarily generated from local green power sources, such as solar and wind' . Primarily may be the weasel word there.

When a Samoan Island was announced in the green media as 100% solar powered they seemed to overlook the three diesel generators rated at slighly over half the rating of the PV units.
