Temporary downlight diffusers

I was painting the bathroom ceiling this morning but couldn't see what I was painting because of the LED downlights. So I made some lampshades out of a couple of pieces of masking tape

It worked quite well.

I have loads of masking tape left over, however Forum Rules forbid me from advertising unfortunately.

    A clever idea! It also makes it very easy to avoid getting paint on the downlighter fittings themselves
