Reminds me of an 'electrical failure' a colleague looked into:

What was the failure? 'We lost all power.'

Why was that? 'The generator stopped.'

Why did it stop? 'The fuel supply failed....'

Has nobody blamed Trumpton, yet - along the lines of practice run by the CIA in preparation for a cyber triggered blackout attack on the Ivans (or Iranians)

In the real world, it sounds lake a basic lack of maintenance and a failure to invest in the system
