Supporter requirement

I recently changed my job (1month) and I would like to submit a CEng application. I shall look for supporter from my previous company or the current company? if none of my senior from both company are registered in IET, can I seek for help from a lecturer who is registered as a CEng in IET?

    Your supporter does not need to be professionally registered, although this is preferable it is not mandatory, and you should aim to choose those that know you well.  A previous employer and your current employer would be great supporters, I would advise your current company as a first supporter and a previous as your second supporter to get the coverage.
