CPEng (Australia) to CEng (IET)

Hi,
Can you advise if i am recognized as a Chartered Engineer (CPEng) by Engineers Australia can I transfer CEng as a straight recognition without having to apply from the start of the process?
The IET have a reciprocal agreement with EA so you don't have to go through the full process, I took on a couple of Australians in that position about ten years ago, but I can't remember the details of what they had to do, so I would suggest you have a chat with the IET themselves (unless you can find someone who has already gone through the process - unfortunately the guys I took on have both returned to Oz).
