Therefore, the very first ‘Dyslexia in Engineering Day’ will take place on 9 October. On this new international awareness day, we’ll be hosting a free webinar with four engineer speakers who have dyslexia and are thriving in the industry. In the meantime, we'd like to ask any engineers with dyslexia to share how they feel it has affected their career - both the positive aspects and the challenges you've experienced. Please feel free to include any tips on how you've overcome these challenges in the workplace, or how as an employer you've supported staff members with dyslexia.
