I'm selfishly pleased that the YWE ceremony was virtual this year - it means I got to see it! So inspiring and it was great to hear from past winners - I'm amazed at how much work YWE winners do after winning. Did anyone else see it?

Well done all women engineers. Congratulation to you all. But I must say I do personally dislike the expression "I am not only a woman. "This implies an error in thinking that women are somehow inferior or less than others, which obviously they are not. Women have wonderful qualities and I admire them greatly.
