FORUM MEMBERS FAVORITE BISCUIT

Lisa Miles has suggested I should start this thread so this is it. So you have to state your preference and your technical reasoning.


For me it has to be a fig roll. My reasons are.


1. They are very tasty and nourishing.

2. They contain a high level of fruit so healthy eating as part of your 5 a day.

3. They have a very high structural integrity resilience post tea dipping.

4. They have a high level of crumb retention for munching over a key board.

    5. Only 90% of the calories compared to a chocolate digestive!

    Easier to eat slowly, lasts longer

    Doesn't tend to drop crumbs in keyboard

    Wrapper enables eating outside

    Pleasing shape, fits well in lunchbox.

    Edit: Oooh I lie! Just remembered that I have a box of Oreos stashed away for my niece for when I pick her up from school... Won't be doing that for a while so I guess I'll have to keep them safe and warm in Auntie Lisa's tummy... ?
