Description:
The Malaysia Network was formed to support the activities of our members located in the region. We work closely with other local engineering institutions and local networks, in organising activities, as well as to promote science, engineering and technology in Malaysia.
 
IET Malaysia Local Network has more than 1,500 members located in Peninsular and East Malaysia. In addition, the Malaysia Local Network has encouraged the formation of On Campus in Public and Private Universities. These On Campuses are mentored by the Young Professional Section (YPS) of IET. As of December 2016, we have a total of 10 active On Campuses.

Dear Friends and Colleagues
 
Welcome to the IET Malaysia Network!  Here you can find out more about our upcoming events and past events of the Network.  Our main committee organized many successful events such as CEng talks, Technical talks, Stem activities in schools and site visits, please check out events we have organized in the highlight section.   Both our Young Professionals team and On Campus groups are very active.  We have more than 10 On Campus groups and YPS received the award at the 2016 Global Volunteers Conference  as the “Best engagement with the under 40s or students”.  

You are more than welcome to tell us what you think would be interesting events to be held at the Network,  any suggested topics for our technical talks at the Network or to introduce yourself here through  the “Discussion” section.
