The Mission of the network is to advance the knowledge and understanding of Project Control to as wide an audience as possible:
- Disseminating best practice
- Facilitating cross sector learning
- Providing a forum for networking between practitioners, both online and in person
- Engaging with the wider community of engineers and the public (with particular focus on young people) to explain the what Project Controls is and it's benefit to society

Our next webinar is coming up on the topic of Governance: This webinar is the second in a series of six webinars during 2020. Aimed at non-Project Controls Professionals, it follows on from a general introduction to project controls and explains how projects are structured and governed. It will give a brief overview purpose of project governance, how a project is structured, and what roles and responsibilities exist within the structure. It will also explore the types of other stakeholders falling outside the governance structure.
