We regularly organise a series of technical and engineering based public lectures which are held at the either the Cambridge University Engineering Department, Anglia Ruskin University or Churchill College. The programme card for the latest season of talks can be downloaded from the 'Files' section. Please book your place to attend.
We are always on the lookout for new committee members. If you want to find out more please contact cambsec@gmx.com

STEM EVENTS
If you wish to participate in STEM events or enthuse children and students about STEM subjects, consider joining Form The Future. You can take a look at their portal https://www.formthefuture.org.uk/register or you can email Mariana msoberon@formthefuture.org.uk who will provide more information about events in the Cambridge area.
The Cambridge Science Festival 2019 main weekend, will be Saturday and Sunday, 16 and 17 March. The IET Cambridge Network operates a stand where demonstrations are given to children and parents about engineering, how to build things and and how to have some fun. Each year the event gets more popular and in 2019 we are looking for additional helpers to be on the stand, talk to the visitors, demonstrate kit and help the children build things. You do not have to attend for the full 2 days, a couple of hours would be good. If you would like to help out, please email cambsec@theiet.org.
For those of you who are based in the Haverhill area who are interested in STEM events, email Dr Harry Athanassiadis Harry@tahium.com
Many thanks.
