Transactional Analysis can be used in all walks of life, especially where there is a need for an understanding of individuals, communication and relationships, both personal and professional. You will be gaining a set of tools which can be particularly useful where there can be an issue of conflict, confusion or where clear communication is lacking.
The course shall be taught in two active practice-based sessions over a period of three weeks and will give you the tools to manage those difficult discussions more effectively, benefiting both your personal and professional requirements.
