This webinar is the fourth in our series. Aimed at non-Project Controls Professional it will give an introduction to project controls. It will give a brief overview of the disciplines, tools, and techniques that are used to control projects. These include how projects are governed, how what will be delivered is determined and what that will cost, how the timescales of a project are developed, how change is managed, and how quality is assured. Each of these topics will be explored in greater detail in individual webinars in the series. 

This webinar will give a brief overview of the Planning discipline of Project Controls, highlighting the importance of this function and how essential it is to a successful delivery of a project. The session will briefly cover topics, baseline creation, critical path analysis and progress reporting.
