Organisational data plays a vital role in managing successful projects. Join us for an interactive event and to hear some interesting case studies from different sectors on how data is being leveraged to improve project outcomes and help get the best out of your organisational data.

How will the role of a project professional evolve as we move towards a future underpinned by predictive analytics and AI? It has the potential to be game changing, but there are several obstacles that we need to grapple with first. From up skilling people in understanding the art of the possible through to improving access to large volumes of data.

How should we navigate this maze and prepare ourselves for a new future?

Martin Paver, Chartered Project Professional, FAPM and Chartered Engineer

In December 2017 he established the Project Data Analytics meet up, which has expanded to a community of 3000 members. He also set up Project:Hack, a community hackathon for advanced project data analytics. Martin has had a range of experience including leading a billion dollar project with a team of 220 and a multibillion PMO with a team of 50. He has a detailed grasp of project management and combines this with a broad understanding of recent developments in the field of data science. He is on a mission to ensure that the project management profession readies itself for a transformed future.
