Her topic is related to engineering, ethics, and retention through different generations.

''The purpose of this study is to investigate the retention of Millennials through the similarities and differences of ethical workplace behaviour across different generations in a UK engineering company, specifically to understand what are the effective retention techniques in order to retain Millennials (was born between 1981 and 2000s) engineers by taking into account the similarities and differences in ethical workplace behaviours across different generations and how these techniques work in real life practice.''
