The seminar, jointly organised with ITS UK, introduced Behavioural Psychology and Behavioural Insights, and indicated the potentially huge scope for applying them in Transport. I
It also explained how they have been applied in real situations, using a people-centred approach, indicating how technological advances will change the way we travel.
