ATM/ANS Compliance and competence for ATSEPs

Hi,


I am starting to look through the legislation due to come into force January 2020 which affects ATSEPs. I would be interested if anyone else is looking at how to build the record set for each engineer and wondered if there is a common approach that can be shared across ATM/ANS providers without re-inventing the wheel. The documents I have been using can be found on the CAA ATM website.

    Hi Philip,


    Yes I am already looking at this.  I am taking a week out of the office next week to review the 373 and review our current training and competency scheme against it.

    I'm going to try and keep it as simple as possible and where possible align it with what we are currently doing.
