The Preseli Mens Shed is a local group based on the principle of well-being through community. The Shed also has a remit to support members to incubate small business ideas. 


The Shed is currently planning to create a 'hackspace' (or 'makerspace') to promote engineering and technology, enabling members to access the latest computing end electronics gear with an aim to help people turn their ideas into starting their own businesses and generating employment locally; it's expected that members will also use the equipment to further their own projects and hobbies. 

 

The shed needs to procure items of equipment such as oscilloscopes, bench power supplies, signal generators, soldering station, 3d printer, and laser cutter as well as tools and components and items such as 'arduinos' and 'raspberry pi'.


The Shed is also keen to reach out to new members, so if you'd like to get involved or are able to  donate any electronics test equipment, components etc then please get in touch with Andy Bingham preselimensshed@gmail.com
