I am the research in charge of my college and we are going to conduct a project expo. I am also the IET coordinator . However there is no IET local chapter in  my college. Kindly suggest what can be done. We are inviting guests and would also ike to invite a number of fauclties and important guests. Kindly let me know how we can do. How we can take IETs to organize a summit. Is it possible to give some certificates.
