Are You CPD Ready For 2017?

Many of us complete CPD without even realising we are doing so. The new piece of software you used, the seminar you attended or the article you read are all forms of CPD when relevant to your career. With this is mind completing the required annual amount of 30 hours is easily attainable.

Find out more.
  • Lynsay,

A timely reminder for us all !

Remember that the 30 hours is for all IET members not just CEng/IEng registrants.

Any of the network events count as CPD.

    Hi Richard,

Where should we register for Northern Ireland IET Network Events?

There are a few upcoming events next month (Anaerobic Digestor and BT tour) which I am intersted in, but they are not listed on the Events page.

    Thanks

    James
  • Hi James,

Thank you for your interest in the upcoming events we are running next month and throughout the year. We were having difficulty last week with setting up the registration pages here on the MyCommunity site but we hope to have them sorted as quickly as possible.

    Sorry for the inconvenience,

    Eoin
  • Did you know you can also gain CPD points for writing (or reviewing) technical articles or (industry-based) case studies for E&T Reference?

Please see http://www.theiet.org/resources/etr/contribute.cfm for more information.

We are interested in ALL aspects of engineering and technology and more about the topics we cover may be found in the attached files. If anyone is interested in writing a case study or technical article, or interested in acting as a peer-reviewer for someone else's article, please message me through the Communities site or email me at athomas@theiet.org.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    With good wishes,

Amber (Commissioning Editor: Engineering & Technology Reference)
