Implants And Technology - The Future Of Healthcare

Average Rating:
Are you interested in the future of healthcare and do you have a real enthusiasm for the direction healthcare is heading towards? If so, then great, because so do we and you have come to the right place!

I am no expert when it comes to the healthcare industry; however, I have recently developed a passion around the topic of implants, technology and how they can influence human lives.

I happened to be researching health blogs one lunch break and stumbled upon a video by a Professor Kevin Warwick. Having initially been put off by the duration of the video, I began watching and within minutes, my engagement was at its peak.

For me, one of the most interesting parts of the video was when Professor Warwick began discussing how the creation of individually designed implants can detect our presence and senses by switching on a light and opening a door. What's more, people can even pay their bar tabs through the implant at a beach club in Barcelona. If there's ever a reason for a spontaneous trip to Barcelona, I think we've found it. I found this all extremely fascinating, the latter in particular and am intrigued to learn more.

Luckily, Professor Warwick will be speaking at the Annual Healthcare Lecture in London at Savoy Place and will be discussing on the night, the role of implants in today's current environment.

What's even better is that for only £5/10, you can secure your place. Given Professor Warwick's high profile, early registration is suggested to avoid disappointment.
