A busy and exciting end to the year at the IET 3189
We kicked off this month with the Young Woman Engineer of the Year (YWE) Awards where we celebrated five brilliant young women. By celebrating today’s most successful female engineers, these awards also create role models to inspire more girls to become engineers and help address the gender imbalance in engineering and science.
