Organisations choose products that promote its companies goals, or at least help achieve it. The generation x product might be suitable for some whilst the generation yx product is better suited to others. Sometimes this means accepting the licensing cost to keep business operations stable.

So, even after the cost of creating maintenance contracts, hiring qualified staff and even perhaps department creation, managers still choose to toil in their activities. In these cases, for a certain breed of mangers, the easiest is to disqualify resources regardless of business unrest. Perhaps they are not able enough, or just lacking and as such need to engage in such a way, perhaps they are trying to settle into a new life using someone elses hygeine factors.

Though not all managers exhibit those qualities,  its typically genuine managers who not only have stable operations but also are the most likely to be innovative and creative - why ? because they have the natural  ability to be original and show value without effecting hygiene factors of other resources. They know how to manage regardless of contribution, team dynamics and compliment company goals naturally.

These managers are leaders, far and few, who actually provide motivation, inspiration and guidance to those who still need to try and effect hygienic factors of others to prove their management credentials. These Leaders are not one-hit-wonders, their methods are time testing and their success is their own.

They are strong team players as their work can mesh into any team and most cases provide value even when they are outside their comfort zone. Globalisation of business allowed flagging managers to remain numb and almost presumed in their behaviours, now, with new concepts like socialisation of business, these same managers would still be failing in their goals as they have no genuine contributions to make and in some cases even struggle for business stability. In fact, its these managers with intent that are likely to adopt negative game theory tactics to continue to server their own pay checks - often at the expense of others on all accounts. My Mba whose thesis was on Management of Cyber Security covers this and proposes alot more theories - some proven and further being read as Phd topics.

The socialisation of business logic in the market place, is itself critical mass, and along with concepts of Separation and Segregation of Duties, it can further lead to the creation of disruptive technologies and in fact industries - whose proposition, surprisingly, itself would be out of scope for the said manager.

So just like product maturity suits some business and some managers suit some businesses, in the knowledge economy that clearly effects the now social economy, businesses have become aware that the some managers tends to promote brand-damage more by their presumptuous actions with continuous attempts to effect hygiene conditions and as such is clearly not that much of a value to the company as originally thought by the stake holders.
